When you book a reservation for a Product through the Website, Viaggio in Egitto collects your payment information and processes your payment as described below under “Payment Processing”. Viaggio in Egitto accepts the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as Viaggio in Egitto on the credit or debit card statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized.
If you wish to cancel a reservation made via the Website, the supplier’s cancellation policy contained in the applicable product listing will apply to, and govern the terms of, your cancellation and any refunds. When canceling a booking, you will be notified via email or telephone of the total refund amount you will receive, if any.
The standard cancellation policy for suppliers is:
1.Cancellation policy for the day tours ” without flights” :100% refund will be back until 48 hours from the tour time.
2.Cancellation policy for packages and day tours with flights:
From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, it’s free to cancel your booking
Between 60 e 30 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 29 e 15 days before your arrival date, 40% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 14 e 7 days before your arrival date, 65% of the entire tour price will be charged.
Between 6 days and 1 day before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be charged.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • If No refund policy/cancellation policy, this must be very clearly communicated to Cardholders before the purchase decision is made, to prevent misunderstanding and disputes. Kindly add the following statement:
• In the event that transaction error has occurred while making the payment, a refund in most cases will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Delivery/Shipment Policy :

• (ComfortEgyptTours.com) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Payment Processing:

Under this agreement, the payment processing services for services purchased on this website are provided by Viaggio in Egitto Limited on behalf of Viaggio in Egitto Inc. or by Viaggio in Egitto Inc. or by Viaggio in Egitto Systems Pty, depending on the type of payment method used for the purchase of services.
In the event you choose to pay with a credit or debit card and the payment is processed via a European acquirer, these terms are an agreement between you and Viaggio in Egitto Limited. For any other type of purchases, these terms are an agreement between you and Viaggio in Egitto Inc. or Viaggio in Egitto Systems Pty and services will be delivered by Viaggio in Egitto Inc. or Viaggio in Egitto Systems Pty directly.

Apple Egypt Travel Vouchers:

You will receive a personalized Viaggio in Egitto voucher (“Voucher”) for each tour, event or service booked. In order to access and print your Viaggio in Egitto Voucher(s), you will be provided access to a secure webpage hosted by Viaggio in Egitto that contains a link to your Viaggio in Egitto Voucher(s).
You must provide the original, authentic Viaggio in Egitto Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid Viaggio in Egitto Voucher.
For security purposes, when redeeming your Viaggio in Egitto Voucher you must present a valid Photo ID and sign the Viaggio in Egitto Voucher. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
In some cases Viaggio in Egitto also requires that you present the credit or debit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This generally applies only to attraction and show tickets. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse. You will be advised at checkout whether or not you must present the credit or debit card used for booking. In some cases Viaggio in Egitto will waive this requirement, generally to facilitate gift purchases. However this requirement can only be waived by contacting Viaggio in Egitto’s Customer Care team once your booking has been confirmed, and any changes or amendments will be made at Viaggio in Egitto’s sole discretion.
If you make a purchase using a Viaggio in Egitto gift certificate (“Gift Certificate”), Viaggio in Egitto requires that you present the Gift Certificate used to purchase your tour, ticket or package at the time of redemption.
Please note that your Viaggio in Egitto Voucher(s) can be confiscated – and immediately canceled without refund – if your signature and/or name do not match those shown on either your credit or debit card or Gift Certificate.

Passports, Visas & Insurance:

When you book international reservations with third-party suppliers using this Website, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in order.
For passport and visa requirements, please consult the relevant embassy or consulate for information. Because requirements may change at any time, be sure to check for up-to-date information before booking and departure. Viaggio in Egitto accepts no liability for travelers who are refused entry onto a flight or into any country because of the traveler’s failure to carry the travel documents required by any airline, authority, or country, including countries the traveler may just be passing through en route to his or her destination.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you verify health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate prior to departure. It is also your responsibility to consult your physician for current recommendations on inoculations before you travel internationally, and to ensure that you meet all health entry requirements and follow all medical guidance related to your trip.
We strongly recommend that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy prior to departure to protect your Product purchase. If you cancel your trip or significantly alter travel dates, your travel insurance policy may reimburse the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses. Please review your travel insurance policy carefully for related terms and conditions.
Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. Viaggio in Egitto urges passengers to investigate and review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government and destination country governments prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov.
